Suggested Use: For first time users, start with 1 teaspoon twice daily in 8–10 ounces, ½ hour before meals. Gradually increase over two weeks to experience optimal results.

Suggested Serving Size Based On Weight:
• 80 -150 lbs: 1 Tbsp. per day (8 grams)
• 150 - 200 lbs: 1½ Tbsp. per day (12 grams)
• 200 or more lbs: 2 Tbsp. per day (16 grams)

Use Multi Clean Powder Drink Mix for up to 3 months for initial cleansing program, then use for 2 weeks every 3 to 6 months. Intended for short-term use.

WARNING: Contains Psyllium Husk. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. This product should be taken with at least 8 ounces of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Avoid use if you have esophageal narrowing or swallowing difficulties. Persons who are pregnant, lactating, on prescription medication or on other herbal products should check with a health care professional before using.
