In a nut shell I am a geek with a passion for nutrition. I have been a partner in a local consulting company that has specialized in designing computer networks since the mid 1990s. Working on anything from a small shop in Boise Idaho to being involved in building the network from the ground up at Networld+Interop in Las Vegas Nevada.
What got me into nutrition you might ask? Well, it started with just wanting to be able to bench-press a truck and went from there. I got out of power lifting about 4 years ago and decided instead of pressing 525lbs and destroying my body I wanted to look like I pressed 600lbs. This involved loosing fat and not muscle, and this is where things got complicated.
After losing 43lbs in four months and realizing I had lost about 10% of my lean body mass. I realized there must be a little more to this then watching my carbohydrates so research began.
Since then I have designed diet programs, recovery programs, websites that sell supplements, reverse engineered several supplements, built supplement packages, and tested multiple products. Where did it bring me? Basically to designing this site to share what I have learned with people who are truly interested in helping themselves. I am not charging for diet plans, or workout programs, my goal is to provide the correct information and the proper supplements for your individual fitness goal.
As I mentioned earlier, after reverse engineering several tested and proved products and spending thousands of dollars, I have picked a supplement list that is surpassed by no other. Instead of spending my life designing products I can start helping people by providing them the best products on the market. I believe in them and I will have no problem explaining to anyone why they are the best. I have been in the trenches taking grenades for a long time and I want to share my knowledge. In my opinion why reinvent the wheel when someone already has an affordable Ferrari parked at your front door, and if I can help a few people avoid the pitfalls of the supplement-nutrition-exercising world then nothing has been in vain.
In short I have come to the conclusion that URI has the best products and options for all your health needs, whether its exercising, immunity building, joint recovery, body cleansing or for just improving your quality and quantity of life.
